1、中小企业融资障碍及对策研究 摘要 中小企业 在 我国的 经济 发展 中有着不可替代的作用，它对产业的发展和经济繁荣作出了极大的贡献。然而，融资 问题 已成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈，不解决中小企融资难题，十六大关于全面实现小康的目标就不可能实现，因此我们必须给予这个问题足 够重视。企业融资难主要存在 企业本身 金融 机制政府三个层面的原因，为此要制定相应的治理对策：企业要加快 发展 ，切实提高盈利能力，增强自身信用观念，努力拓展融资渠道和方式；金融机构要解放思想积极创新，逐步消除对中小企业的金融抑制，建立多层次的信用担保制度；政府要完善政策 法律 法规，加大对企业制度支持和金融扶持力度。这就是我

2、选这个课题的 动因 和现实意义，希望在这个问题上作一些积极的探索，为解决中小企业融资难题提供一些新的思路。 关键词 中小企业 ； 融资 问题；信用问题；对策研究 Abstract Small and medium enterprises in Chinas economic development plays an irreplaceable role, its industrial development and economic prosperity of a great contribution. However, financing has become a bottleneck re
