1、青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文）用纸 摘 要 本工程是青岛市的一个星级酒店。内容包括星级酒店，客房，会议中心及酒店相关附属商业设施的综合类建筑。本文对此酒店进行了设计计算。根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点，分析比较了各种空调方式，确定该建筑物空调系统的室内部分采用风机盘管加独立新风系统，末端设备为风机盘管 , 新风处理到室内等焓线，过渡季节只供新风 ,其中游泳池和多功能厅采用全空气系统，酒店大堂就用冬季地暖辐射，夏季风机盘管相结合的系统。主要设计内容包括：空调冷负荷的计算；空调系统的划分；冷源的选择；空调末端处理设备的选型；风系统的设计与计算；室 内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定；水系统的设计与水力

2、计算；机房布置等。本文从地源热泵工作原理出发，详细地进行了地源热泵空调系统设计和特点分析 ,并与普通空调系统进行了经济上和技术上的比较。地源热泵地下换热器采用双 U 型竖埋管地下换热器。此设计的中央空调系统既能满足热舒适性要求，又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要。 关键词 ： 地源热泵的发展及应用，地源热泵的工作原理，风机盘管 -新风系统，节能，地板辐射 青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文）用纸 ABSTRACT This project is a star hotel of Qingdao.
