1、 上市公司融资偏好分析 摘要 本文通过 分析我国上市公司融资结构的特点 ,可以发现中国上市公司偏好股权再融资的现实与西方的融资次序理论相悖。 接着， 主要探讨其产生的原因，并分析了 这种偏好 对我国企业和资本市场发展的影响，从而揭示出导致我国上市公司偏好股权融资方式的深层次原因 。最后，针对我国实际情况提出了几条改进建议。 关键字： 上市公司； 再融资； 股权融资； 偏好 Analysis of financing preference of listed companies ABSTRACT By analyzing the characteristics of the financing

2、structure of listed companies, listed companies in China can be found equity refinancing preference for reality and contrary to the Western theory of the financing order. Then, to investigate the causes and analysis of this preference on our business and the impact of capital market development, thus revealing the cause of equity financing preference of listed companies in the deep-seated reasons.
