1、 1 毕业论文 题 目：树脂乙炔工段流程 2 摘要摘要 乙炔工段是以电石为原料，在发生器中和水反应，制备乙炔气。乙炔工段的 生产岗位为两个：发生岗位和清净岗位。 发生岗位生产的目的是在发生器中以电石为原料和水反应生成乙炔气， 为以 后的净化工序输送稳定的乙炔气。 清净岗位将乙炔发生送来的粗乙炔气经过除水增压清净提纯， 得到纯度大于 98.5%（V%）的精乙炔气，再送至转化工序。 本文叙述了乙炔的性质、生产方法及重要性，然后对乙炔工段的操作规程做 了详细的概述，包括对乙炔发生和清净岗位的原始开停车，及一些所使用的要药 剂的配制。 关键词：关键词：乙炔 工艺流程 清净 操作规程 3 Abstrac
