1、 毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目： 青岛盈秀小区住宅楼设计 姓 名： 学 院： 建筑工程学院 专 业： 土木工程 班 级： 2008 级 2 班 学 号： 指导教师： 2012 年 6 月 1 日 I 青岛盈秀小区住宅楼设计 摘要：本次毕业设计为青岛盈秀小区住宅楼设计。设计内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。该住宅楼 为六层现浇现浇混凝土框架结构，位于青岛市市北区，抗震设防烈度为6 度，总建筑面积约为 3500 平方米。 建筑设计部分，主要是根据设计资料及设计思想对本建筑做初步设计。在结构设计中，首先根据框 架布局确定各构件尺寸，进行恒载、活载及风荷载的统计；然后采用 D 值法进行风荷载作用下的

2、结构内 力计算，分层法进行竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算；再进行内力组合分析，找出最不利的内力组合， 进行构件计算；最后，根据计算结果，按照构造要求，绘制结构施工图。通过设计，使得本建筑在满足 要求的基础上，更体现出人性化的设计理念。 关键词关键词：住宅楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计 II The Design of Qingdao YingXiu Residential Building Abstract: Qingdao YingXiu residential building was designed in the graduation project.
