1、1 家族式企业财务管理模式的特点及其改进方式 摘要：我国家族企业在发展过程中面临一系列的机遇，但同时也暴露出一些问题，特 别是财务管理的不科学，严重阻碍了家族式企业的进一步发展。本文在分析我国财务管理 存在的不足以及成因的基础上，提出了完善我国家族式企业财务管理的对策，包括强化财 务部门职能并发挥其监督作用、建立科学的成本管理体系、强化资金管理、提高经济效益、 提高财会人员自身素质和业务水平。 关键词：家族式企业；财务管理；不足；成因；对策 Characteristics of the family business financial management model and its imp
