1、I 摘 要 近年来，随着我国改革开放的发展，国内的酒店服务业得到了日新 月异的发展。现代酒店作为一体化的接待场所，是一个旅游城市的窗 口，也可以说是一个小型社会。作为一种以服务为主的无烟工业，世界 各国对此行业的重视程度并不亚于其它工业。 在信息高度发达的今天，酒店制度的改革已经成为一种更广泛、全 面的潮流。该“葳芳酒店客房管理系统”是基于 struts2+spring+hibernate 平台框架，依托 Tomcat 服务器，使用 MyEclipse 开发以及 SQL Server 2000 数据库的基础上实现的。该系统每间客房的信息，同时可以实现预 定、接待、结账、换房、押金，并且对于这些

2、系统提供了相应的查询功 能，而且有完善的多用户安全功能，提供管理员和普通用户两种登录权 限。保证在我国经济持续发展、信息时代日益更新的今天，服务行业依 然蒸蒸日上。 关键词 酒店管理；数据库管理系统；JSP II Abstract In recent years, with the development of Chinas reform and opening up, Chinas hotel industry can be a rapid development.
