1、 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 题题 目目: : 蒸馏塔多变量解耦蒸馏塔多变量解耦PID控系统设计控系统设计 摘要摘要 本文是围绕蒸馏塔的测控问题展开的，蒸馏塔是生产的核心，具有非线性、强耦 合、多变量等特点，它的控制直接影响到产品的质量、产量和能耗。本文研究的 目的是对蒸馏塔进行控制，使产品质量符合要求。 本文的研究方法是： （1） 通过蒸馏塔模型做它的动态性能分析， （2） 利用 RGA 算 法对控制量和被控量进行有效的配对,（3）PID 调节器参数的设计（4）对所采用 的方案进行 MATLAB 仿真。 关键词：控制 RGA PID 参数设计 MATLAB 仿真 A
