1、 I 摘摘 要要 目前我国正处于一个市场经济高速发展的时期，这其中中小企业的迅速 发展起到了不可磨灭的作用。对于中小企业来说，只有不断的创新，才能紧 跟时代的步伐，不被市场经济所淘汰，但是创新带来的风险一直都是制约中 小企业创新的大问题。本文从中小企业的现状出发，深入了解了中小企业创 新的内容，方法以及途径，分析了影响其产生创新风险的因素。中小企业面 对的市场环境复杂，社会和政府扶持力度不够，融资渠道不畅的外部等基础 设施薄弱，创新投入力度不够，组织管理不健全，创新机制欠缺，创新人才 不足等都是影响其创新风险的主要因素。针对这些问题，文中提出了降低中 小企业创新风险的有效途径。 关 键 词关
