1、 i 摘摘 要要 手机电池在线检测及分拣，是对手机电池的电压、内阻进行实时在线监视、检测、 数据采集、数据处理、控制、数据输出驱动等环节功能而进行设计。 本文分为两个设计模块：硬件设计与软件设计。硬件设计是针对人工上料之后，对 电池的分离检测、参数数据采集、分拣等的各硬件部分设计，又分为检测、分拣两部分； 软件设计是在分析处理数据以及输出控制过程中的软件部分进行的设计。 本文侧重点为手机电池的检测部分。 本文的软件设计是基于西门子 S7200PLC 控制系统进行设计的。 关键字：关键字：手机电池，参数，在线检测，PLC。 ii ABSTRACT The system of the batter

This paper is divided into two designing modules : hardware part and software part . The hardware part is to separate

In addition , the hardware part is consist of detection-part and sorting-part . The software part is made for analyzing and handling the output-data
