1、 摘要 自上世纪八十年代，中国恢复人寿保险业务经营，寿险业经历了突飞猛进 的发展， 2010 年全年寿险业实现保费收入 1.0632 万亿元，保险密度人均 112 美元，保险深度 3.4%，寿险企业达到 156 家。中国保险业保费收入位列全球第 七位，保险行业逐渐成为国民经济发展的生力军。在推动寿险业发展的背后， 寿险营销人员起到了积极的推动作用。然而现行的营销员代理制度在运行中出 现了一系列的问题，这些问题关系到营销员的切身利益，关系到寿险业的长期 发展，关系到社会的和谐稳定。本文从保险代理理论出发，纵观世界发达国家 和地区的保险代理人制度，结合我国现行的营销员代理制度，分析我国寿险营 销代
