1、企业物流自营与外包的利弊分析 摘 要 随着市场竞争的白热化,企业的利润空间越来越小,于是通过高效的物流管理来 提高整个供应链运行效率,向国外学习先进经验的同时,如何针对我国国情,结合 企业自身的经营环境和选择适合的物流运作模式， 如何对企业物流是自营还是外 包进行决策便成为了当下企业的一个重要的研究课题， 而对企业物流自营与外包 的利弊进行分析更是重中之重。 本文先是对企业自营物流和外包物流的利弊进行 了分析和比较，在此基础上举出了实际案例进行分析和论证，并在文章的最后提 出了自己对企业是自营物流和外包物流的看法。 关键词关键词:自营物流；外包物流；利弊分析 Advantages and di
