1、 I 人事管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 本文主要分析公司人事工资管理系统的一些基本功能和组成情况，包括系统的需求分析、系统 结构、系统功能模块划分以及系统数据库模式分析等，重点对人事工资管理系统的开发实现进行介 绍。 人事工资管理系统是不可缺少的部分，它的内容对于其的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要，所 以人事工资管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。人事工资管理系统的主要 任务就是使用计算机，对所有公司成员的人事资料进行保存；在需要时进行查找或者增加、修改和 删除等操作。 本文重点说明了系统的设计思想、 关键技术和解决方案。 使用 Microsoft 公司的 SQL Server
