6、际关系,这一关系的协调与否直接着整个医 疗卫生领域实践活动的展开与良性运转。良好的医患沟通是实现以病人为中心,减轻病 人心身痛苦,创造最佳心身状态的需要,是促进医患间理解与支持,提高效果的需要。医 患关系是建立在医疗卫生保健活动过程中特定的人际关系，也是最重要的、最基本的医 疗人际关系。狭义的医患关系是指行医者与患者的关系。这一种个体关系，属于传统医 学道德研究的内容，也是最古老的医疗人际关系；广义的医患关系是指以医务人员为一 方面群体与以患者及其家属等为一方面群体之间的医疗人际关系。这是一种群体关系， 属于现代现代医学伦理学研究的内容。医患关系是关系的组成部分，和谐的社会需要和 谐的医患关系。随着市场制度的不断完善,政府的责任意识、人们的权利意识、参与意 识以及医方对利益的追求等等诸多因素使得医患关系日趋紧张,医患纠纷明显上升,日 趋紧张的医患关系正在严重冲击着医院这个曾被视为人道圣洁的场所。 医疗纠纷频繁发 生，且影响范围越来越大，不仅有损医护人员在患者心目中的形象，而且有损医疗秩序 和质量，最终会损害患者的切身利益，日益紧张的医患关系一直是医务工作者和患者共 同关心
