1、- 1 - 浅谈教育过程中的师生关系 摘要：教育是社会生活的一个重要组成部分,而师生关系又是教育过程中最基本的 关系,现今社会需要和谐的师生关系,这对创建和谐教育,进而构建和谐社会都有 十分重要而深远的意义。随着社会的发展，人类物质与精神层次的提高以及素质 教育的全面推广，现代教育最重要的特征就是弘扬人的主体性，期望达到个人的 全面发展，充分发掘每个人的潜力，希望取得最大的效益和最高的发展。所以现 代社会中师生关系就是教师和学生在教育过程中所发生的直接交往和联系,是社 会人际关系在学校的具体体现。 关键词：师生交往；师生平等；宽松和谐；创新教育；现代教育观 On the educational
