自由贸易

1、AFTA 是一个拥有约 19 亿人口、1400 万平方公里土地 面积、6 万亿美元国内生产总值、4.5 万亿美元贸易额，是世界人口最多、面积巨大的 自由贸易区。
中国东盟自由贸易区构想的提出有着深刻而复杂的背景，它是中国与东 盟面对经济全球化和区域经济一体化的挑战，以及国际经济环境的新变化，为促进自身 经济发展所做出的客观选择。
建立中国东盟自由贸易区能够促进中国与东盟相互间的 贸易与投资，扩大双方经济合作的领域，拉近彼此间的经济联系，并将对东亚地区的贸 易自由化乃至地区经济合作起到积极的推动作用。
