3、presents one of the four freedoms. The essential feature of demographic development in the states of the West, Central and Eastern Europe is decrease of the working- age population. The solution to this situation seems to be the employment of foreigners, which, however, brings about the confrontatio
4、n of cultures, religions, laws and standards. It is simultaneously important to recognize, accept and appreciate the differences that arose within a different cultural context, and to benefit from the managerial approaches that also arose in that environment.
