3、he authors hypothesis postulates that differences exist between micro and small firms in HRM personnel, practices and support systems. A survey was conducted in which respondents reported their perceptions and experiences. Data were analyzed using t-tests and chi-square tests to detect statistically
4、 significant differences between micro and small sized enterprises. The authors hypothesis was found to be invalid and the research findings suggested a higher level of sophistication and experience in HRM functions in micro and small enterprises than what was anticipated.
