1、I 基于基于 PRO/EPRO/E 的调料勺注射模具设计的调料勺注射模具设计 摘要:摘要:本课题在深入市场调查的基础上以家庭厨房用品的使用为背景,用 PRO/ENGINEER WILDFIRE 3.0 及外挂模块 PRO/MOLDESIGN、Plastic Advisor、 EMX4.1, 设计了一套一模二腔调料勺的注塑模具。 在整个调料勺模具设计过程中, 涉及到了调料勺的结构设计、调料勺的塑性分析、注塑机和模架的选择及注塑机 的一些重要工艺参数的校核,并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统 设计、成型零件设计、脱模机构设计等。本调料勺材料选用 PS,从而保证了塑 件良好的成型质量,降低
