1、 I 逆变器的设计 摘 要 本文中主要介绍了小功率逆变器的设计,其主要包括两部分电路,一是主电路,另 一个是控制电路。主电路主要包括:三相全桥电路,驱动电路;控制电路主要包括:单片 机控制回路,SPWM 波形发生电路,死区保护电路等。在主电路中,全桥逆变电路采用 快速 MOS 管 6N60A;驱动电路采用集成芯片 IR2130;控制回路中采用 STC89C51 单片 机,数模转换采用 AD7528 芯片。逆变电路拓扑结构采用三相全桥逆变,应用电路仿真 软件 Multisim 对电路各部分进行实验仿真,对电路各部分参数选择进行理论分析,利用 51 系列单片机编写程序。最终设计出频率可调整,输出电

Inverter circuit topology of three-phase full-bridge inverter, the application circuit simulation software, Multisim to experiment with the various parts of the circuit simulation, theoretical analysis of circuit parameters selection, the use of 51 series microcontroller programming.
