1、摘摘 要要 加载器是齿轮箱在以封闭试验台形式进行试验的常用加载工具, 本文首先介绍了加 载器的特点、分类以、国内外发展的现状以及所存在的缺点等等。通过对现有加载器的 分析研究和对设计要求的分析,同时为了有效避免现有的加载器存在的各种不足,对加 载装置进行了整体结构设计,提供一种比较理想的加载装置,研究并设计出一种新型转 矩可调式内斜齿液压加载装置,并对加载装置各关键部件进行了受力分析和强度校核, 该加载装置通过采用一对基本参数相同, 旋向相反的内斜齿圆柱齿轮使得加载机构的结 构紧凑,能够双向加载;采用合理的结构设计提高了传动零件的支撑刚度,并通过设置 多处密封圈,很好地改善了液压加载装置的密封
