1、基于 Pro/E 的插排外壳设计 摘摘 要要:论文探讨了基于 Pro/E 对插排的外壳进行设计。插排是日常生活中的不可缺 少的用具,它的主要结构是上下两个薄体匝壳,上壳体表面有相适应的插孔, 下壳通过螺钉螺孔与上壳装配而成。Pro/E 具有强大的 3D 曲面造型功能,通 过 Pro/E 的曲面造型模块以及二维平面制图设计出插排上下外壳, 而其插孔与 螺钉螺孔则通过软件的实体拉伸、去除材料、曲面编辑等基础特征的创建、 工程特征的创建来完成,最后通过零件的装配特征将上下壳体组装成插排。 这是一次应用三维设计软件进行实体操作及应用的实例,通过此次的设计可 以为将来更好的应用于工业工程或设计其它产品而
