1、 I 本科生毕业设计说明书 学生姓名:XX 学 号:XXXXXX 专 业:机械设计及其自动化 班 级:机械 XX-X 指导教师:XXX II 摘摘 要要 随着限动芯棒连轧管机的飞速发展和国内外钢管需求的提高,钢管的产量 与日俱增,芯棒的用量也随之增加。芯棒工作后的温度升高,损耗不断的扩大, 增加了生产的成本,因此芯棒的维护也得到了很大的重视。由此,本文针对芯 棒的冷却系统提出了具体的设计方案,结合任务要求和冷却的基本理论,对三 个方案的工作原理和优缺点进行了细致的分析和比较,选择了第一种作为设计 的选定案。通过查阅相关资料,分析计算,确定电动机、减速器、轴、联轴器、 和键等重要零件的型号,并对
