1、 第 1 页共 5 页 试论现代旅游酒店之人本管理理念 【摘要】旅游业作为朝阳产业近年来在我国发展迅猛，酒店投资也备受青睐，酒店业的发展面临众多挑战，酒店 的管理理念显得尤为重要。本文就现代旅游酒店的人本管理理念做了简要阐述，人本管理理念是酒店业的经营灵魂 和发展基础，因此酒店管理者要给予员工关心、爱护、信任，要充分理解人、尊重人，充分发挥人的主观能动性和 创造性，使员工在完成酒店既定目标的前提下，自觉地进行自我管理。要建立柔性人力资源管理体制，融入情感管 理，培养酒店文化，努力实施人本管理，做到以人为本，从而有效地提高服务效率和服务质量，并促进旅游酒店业 健康持续发展。 【关键词】酒店；管理
