1、毕业设计 - I - 摘要摘要 本次设计的内容是分体顶梁柔性液压支架,我在本次设计中主要负责该支架的液压系 统部分。此次任务包括立柱、伸缩油缸、销轴的的设计与计算,立柱由液压油缸组成;伸 缩油缸在顶梁部分,销轴主要用于油缸与耳板之间的连接。 这种支架最大的特点是采用垂直柔性导杆结构来代替传统的四连杆结构;采用分体式 顶梁代替整体顶梁。这种支架因结构简单、重量轻、造价低、节省空间,大大减轻了支架 的整体重量,梁采用伸缩式的,支撑过程中能与地板接触,不仅起到一定的掩护作用,而 且还能起到一定的支撑作用,使支架更稳定。 关键词:液压支架;分体顶梁;柔性;液压油缸; 毕业设计 - II - Abstr
