1、 20112011 届毕业设计说明书届毕业设计说明书 手柄注射模设计 系 、 部: 机械工程系 摘 要 本文阐述了电水壶手柄注射模设计的过程。 首先, 对塑件进行工艺性分析后, 利用 Pro/e 参数化三维实体造型软件完成塑件的三维造型。然后,通过分析确定 塑件的分型面、最佳浇口等。本模具采用了一模两腔及侧浇口等结构。该课题从 产品结构工艺性、 具体结构模具出发, 对模具的浇注系统、 模具成型部分的结构、 顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核等都有详细的设计。通过 整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。此外,设计中还采 用了斜导柱侧向抽芯机构。在模具成型零件设计方面
