2、计算 一、 工程概况 本设计为某综合培训楼，主体为现浇框架结构，建筑总体型为 “U” ，由教学区、办公区和大型阶梯教室（裙房）组成，总建筑面 积约 5000 ，建筑红线 4070 。 教学区房间开间 6m，进深 6.6m，建筑高度 18m，建筑层数为 5 层， 教室每层至少布置 5 间， 单班容纳 3040 人， 合并班容纳 80100 人，以合班为主，活动室或阅览室，每层要求布置其一，使用面积要 合理； 办公区房间开间 4.2m，进深 6m，建筑高度 7m，建筑层数为 5 层，办公室每层布置 4 间，每间容纳 10 人；裙房设置为一层，为大 型阶梯教室。且布置休息室与辅助用房。 本设计满足了
3、培训和办公的要求，将培训用房、办公用房、生 活用房、交通联系（特别是门厅、走廊设计）等各组成部分构成一有 机整体。各部分既有联系，又相对的独立性，避免交叉干扰，并有利 于安全疏散。 为了满足其有良好的学习生活的环境， 建筑剩余的场地， 拟建筑绿化草坪或服务设施等用房。 二、总平面设计： 建筑方案设计坚持可持续发展原则，处处体现以人为本的设计 思路，提高科技含量，应用新技术，新产品、新材料、适应目前住宅 建设需要。 全面贯彻素质教育的要求：使同学们在学习的时候不会感觉到 沉闷压抑的感觉，而是体现出现代学生活力。 教学用房处处以适用、美观、大方功能的要求，交通适输、防火的要 求展开设计。 建筑层数
