1、 摘摘 要要 该设计的主要内容是编制项目 H 投标文件，首先根据工程量清单计算规则计算 工程量，并进行适当的投标报价；然后根据工程量划分施工段并按需用量合理安排人 工、 材料、 机械， 选择合适的施工方案， 从而合理组织施工流程并绘制施工网络计划。 本次设计投标文件主要内容分以下几部分： 1投标函部分，包括： 法定代表人身份证明书；投标文件签署授权委托书；投标函； 投标函附录；投标担保银行保函 1。 2商务标部分，包括：投标报价说明；投标报价汇总表；主要材料清单报价表；分 部分项工程量清单报价表；措施项目报价表；分部分项工程量清单项目单价分析表。 3技术标部分，主要是施工组织设计。 4附录部分

The first step is calculating engineering quantity according to the computation rule of engineering quantity list, carring on the suitable tender quotation. Then we divide construc
3、tion sections based on engineering quantity, makes an arrangement of labor, materials, and machinerys in the light of the plan in order to choose an appropriate construction plan.Thus reasonable organization for construction flow and the construction network planning can be designed completely.
