1、 我国证券市场的监管问题研究 内容摘要内容摘要：1990年12月和1991年6月，以上海、深圳两个证券交易所相继建立 为标志，中国证券市场正式诞生。经过近二十年的发展，我国证券市场发展取得 了举世瞩目的重大成就。沪、深证券交易所的交易和结算网络覆盖了全国各地； 证券市场交易技术手段处于世界先进水平，股票、基金、债券全部采用无纸化发 行和交易，法规体系逐步完善。 但是尽管如此，当前我国证券市场还有许多问题亟待解决，譬如缺乏足够的 司法力度，行政监管的缺陷，自律性监管存在的诸多问题等等，这些问题对我国 证券市场的发展带来了诸多不利影响。因此，如何进一步完善我国证券市场监管 体制，是我国证券市场监管
