1、 I 黑白棋子识别与分拣输送装置的设计黑白棋子识别与分拣输送装置的设计 摘 要 物料的自动分拣及输送系统在汽车制造业、物流业及邮政系统等多个行业中广泛应 用。本设计为黑白棋子的识别与分拣输送装置设计，在自动上料机构的作用下，待分拣 棋子自 A 地出发，由传输带输送至 B 地；在 B 地利用光电传感器进行识别及分拣，由分 拣装置将分拣后的黑白棋子分别送至不同的储料箱。装置的工作节拍用可编程逻辑控制 器（PLC）控制。 本文是对整个设计工作较全面的介绍和总结。 关键词：黑白棋子识别；自动分拣输送；可编程逻辑控制器 II Abstract The sorting and transportation
