1、 I 摘 要 目前我国经济正处于一个高速发展的阶段,人们的生活质量日益提高,财产也慢 慢积累,渐渐富裕起来,买车的人也越来越多(家用车,客车,货车),但是随之而来 的是一系列严峻而又急需要解决的问题,比如公路收费站停车称重效率低下,通车速 度慢,容易引起拥堵;公路上货车超载引起的交通安全事故频繁,威胁人们的生命财 产安全;超载还会加快对道路的破坏,使公路的维护周期大大缩短,从而让国家在道 路维护上过多投入,造成资源浪费;超载也会减少国家的税收大量流失,影响过家财 政收入,此外,由于过载发动机会超负荷工作,容易造成环境的污染等系列衍生的严 峻问题。为了解决这些问题,提高通行效率,减少超载现象,于
2、是动态测重技术(WIM) 应运而生。本设计参考国外动态称重技术的基础上,以压力传感器,放大器,数模转 换装置,微型控制器,显示设备为核心部件,设计一个实用的动态测重系统。选用一 种合适的数据处理方案, 编写程序, 最后通过Proteus软件的仿真, 模拟整个称重过程, 从而验证此方案的可行性。 关键词:动态称重;压力传感器;算法;Proteus 仿真 II Abstract At present, with the high-speed development of Chinas economy, peoples quality of life is increasing , and prop
3、erty is accumulating slowly. More and more people start to buy car,such as home car, passenger car and truck.However,it cause a series of severe and urgent problems. For example, because of the poor efficiency of toll station parking weighing,the slow traffic will easily lead to congestion. The traf
4、fic accident caused by truck overload will seriously threaten peoples life and property. Overload will accelerate the destruction of the road, shorten the maintenance cycle of highway greatly, waste more resourse to maintain the road. Overload also will reduce taxes on the country, affect national f
5、inancial revenue. In addition, overload engine overworking easily cause environmental pollution and other series of serious problems. In order to solve this problem,improve traffic efficiency,decrease overload phenomenon,the dynamic weighting technique(WIM) came into being. Based on the new technolo
6、gy of domestic and foreign, a practical dynamic weighing system is designed,and the pressure sensor, amplifier, digital analog conversion device, microcontroller and display equipment are taken as the core component. A suitable data processing scheme is chosen for the program. Finally, proteus simulation software is utilized to simulate the whole weighing process, and then verify the feasibility of this scheme.
