3、教育的基 础，而体育贫困的存在严重制约着素质教育的全面推行。笔者以聊城市东昌府区 小学生为研究对象，采用问卷调查法、个别访谈法和数据分析法从主观因素和客 观因素两个方面对聊城市东昌府区小学生体育贫困的成因进行了调查研究。 研究 发现，多数学校对小学生的体育比较重视，但主要因为小学生自身对体育的兴趣 不高，自身的体育知识技能有限，缺乏相互之间的合作交流是导致小学生体育贫 困的主要原因。对此，笔者提出了一些建议。为解决聊城市东昌府区小学生体育 贫困提供有参考价值的借鉴，为小学生体育更好的发展提供一些参考，使学生身 心和谐发展健康成长，为全面提高素质教育水平和终身体育打下良好的基础。 关键词：东昌府
