3、都是家族 控制的企业。针对当前私营经济在中国经济中所处地位不断提高的事实，以及家族企业 这种企业模式在企业中所占的主导地位，如何引导中国家族企业健康发展成为急需解决 的问题。本文通过对中国家族企业发展过程的研究，指出了家族企业的优势和劣势，分 析了制约中国家族企业发展的因素，提出了中国家族企业的发展应从完善市场环境；建 立公司制；实行产权社会化、多元化；制定适合企业发展的战略；重视、吸引和留住人 才；发挥政府职能等几个方面入手的策略。 关键词关键词：家族企业；发展；问题；对策 4 ABSTRACTABSTRACT In main China, thanks to the reforming a
