2、行介绍，重点阐述 5S 的五个方面整理、 整顿、清扫、清洁和修养,以及 5S 之间的关系。其次，具体介绍浙江立信阀门 有限公司的基本情况，讲述立信阀门有限公司实施 5S 管理过程中的有关情况。 从 5S 推行过程、5S 项目展开过程，以及立信阀门企业基础管理本身的问题加 以描述。 最后，本文采用理论和实际相结合的方式，对立信阀门公司提出符合企业 发展的对策，提高 5S 实施效果。也对我国的管理现状研究具有一定的意义。 关键词：5S 管理；生产现场；浙江立信阀门有限公司；对策 III Abstract Chinas accession to the World Trade Organizatio
