The comprehensive assessment includes the indicators of the quality system level, absence of defects, stability of engineering procedures, and construction safety indexes. The quality system is considered broadly in terms of the project
3、 organization potential, suppliers of building materials and the construction company. Calculation formulas for statistical values considering the parameters distribution type are given. The estimated values of the indexes for two stages of control (with and without the use of process technology acc
4、uracy regulation) are proposed. The analysis of construction quality by the example of solid buildings construction is carried out. Introduction Implementation of quality and safety regulation mechanisms in civil engineering (technical regulation, certification, insurance, quality system implementation) requires establishment of science-based criteria for quality assessment of const
6、ruction works and safety of structures. Analysis shows that critical defects committed in the construction process are the reason for about 60% of building and construction accidents. Zero defects level of engineering procedures is one of the lowest among all the economy sectors and amounts to 0,6.0,85, that indicates the inefficiency of building inspection in the changed economic conditions.
