During residential property construction, the transportation system of the underground infrastructure must include the facilities related to storage and maintenance of vehicles (parking lots for permanent storage of vehicles and parking lots for guests). Investment activity in the residential property construction is marked by high efficiency. Demand for residential property in the Russian Federation and in the Moscow region, in particular, is far from being glutted.
