3、pression levels of mRN A, and the stability of referenc e genes is cruc ial for c orrec t evaluation of RT-qPCR data. In the present w ork, 11 candidate referenc e genes w ere investigated for their expression levels at six fruit developmental stages and among four tissues and ve genotypes of
4、Ziziphus jujuba Mill. The geNorm, Normnder and Bestkeeper software programs were applied to estim ate the stability of the 11 referenc e genes. The results show ed that UBQ, ACTIN, CYP and ACTIN9 for the fruit developmental stages, UBQ2 and UBQ &
5、nbsp;for the different tissues, UB Q2, GAPD H, ACTIN9 and EF1 for the different genotypes, and UBQ, ACTIN9, UBQ2 and CYP for all samples evaluated w ere stably expressed. Additiona lly, the relative GME expression level w as used to validate the referenc e genes. The ndings may enable more acc
