In China, we construct the high quality bituminous pavement with limitedfinancial and physical resources (Peng and Lu 2001). Therefore, rubber asphalt concrete is thebestprospect for highwayapplication. Currently

    7、,researchersmainlyconcentrateontwoaspects:1)therubberandtheasphaltconcreteactionmechanism,and2)therubberasphaltconcretepavementperformance(Zhouetal.2007).Theresearchmostlyemphasizesthemacroscopicangleandusestestsasthemainreasontoresearchrubberasphaltconcretes pavement performance. Correlation theory

    8、 analyses are few, and research is needed aboutrubberasphalt concretes with high temperature creep and the viscoelastic aspect. Therefore, the paper usesrubberasphaltconcretestrabecular,carriesonthebendingcreepexperimentontheMTS810materialtestingmachine, and the viscoelasticanalysis. Test Materials

The aggregate in test are basalt of some material field in Henan province, and thetechnicalindexesareshowninTable1.ThemineralpowderinthetestisthemineralpowderoflimestoneinLiuyang city of the Hunan province, and the technical indexes are shown in Table 2. The binder isarubbe

    10、r-modifiedasphaltprovidedbyafactoryintheHenanprovince,andthetechnicalindexesareshownin Table3. TestMethod.Thecommonlyusedcreeptestmethodhasthesingleaxlecompressivecreep,thesplittingcreep,thebendingcreep,andsoon.Thesingleaxlecompressionandthesplittingcreeptestmethodinfluencing factors are many, final

    20、e1.AsshownbyFigure1,20 ,under0.2stressratiostherubberasphaltconcretesbendingcreepcurve,isthe same with the plain asphalt concretes bending creep, its creep curve may also divide into themigrationtime, the stabilization period and the breakdown time. The migration times creep growth, the stabilizatio

    21、n period strain speed maintains stable, belongs to the linear deformation stage, and breakdown time totalcreepsharpgrowth.Throughthecreeptestresultanalysis,mayobtainthematerialcreeprate,establishesthe rheological model, obtains the rheological parameter, evaulates high temperaturerheologicalperforma

The creep complianceis bigger, and the distortion under the unit load condition is bigger. Min et al. (2004) proposed may

    23、 usethecreep compliance of 1000s (J1000) as design parameter of pavement. According to the standardStandardtestmethodsofbitumenandbituminousmixturesforhighwayengineering(JTJ052-2000),China,thecurvingcreepcomplianceequationisasshowninEq.1.,andcanobtainthecreepcompliancewhenasphalt concrete 1000s, as

    24、shown Table 4. From Table 4 we can see the rubber asphalt concretescreepcompliance under 0.2 stress ratio loading, and the 1000s are 13.3% the plain asphalt concretescreepcompliance. Therefore, the rubber asphalt concretes creep compliance compared to plain asphaltconcretesis lower, which indicated that under the unit loading, the rubber asphalt concretes distortion is smallerthanthe plain asphalt concretes byfar.
