2、注射成型工艺的可行 性分析，并完成注射模具的设计。其中，塑件的成型工艺分析主要包括：塑料的成型特 性、塑件结构特点、表面粗糙度、达到的使用要求和脱模分析。以此来确定型腔数目、 分型面位置、浇注方式、脱模方式等。最后完成一幅完整的模具设计总图，包含成型部 分、合模导向机构、推出机构、侧向分型抽芯机构、冷却系统等的设计，设计的过程包 括了对成型零件的计算、抽芯机构的校核计算等。在设计的过程主要应用了 PRO/E 软 件完成对塑件的实体造型，并对塑件的体积、质量等进行分析，最后通过 Auto CAD 完 成零件图和装配图，并最终完成塑料模具的设计过程。 关键词：塑料；成型工艺；注射模具设计；抽芯机构
