1、 第 I 页 I 浅谈如何提高保险代理人的忠诚度和归属感 摘 要 从世界范围内看,保险业已经与商业银行、投资银行、证券业并驾齐驱,成为金融 服务业的一个重要组成部分,因此也得到了我们国家的重视,近些年来得到了快速的发 展。加入世贸组织后保险行业发展的速度更快,有力地支持了国民经济的发展,安定了 人民群众的生活。但是由于其发展时间短,速度过快,所以在发展过程当中出现了一系 列的问题,如保险行业人员的忠诚度和归属感不强,流动性大;急速发展中导致的行业 中人才的素质的稂莠不齐;佣金制度不完善;保单持续率低等问题。其中最突出最亟待 解决的是保险代理人忠诚度和归属感不强,流动性大的问题。 出现这一问题的
