1、 1 摘 要 冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用广泛。冲压模具的自动送料技术也投入到实 际的生产中,冲压模具可以大大的提高劳动生产效率,减轻工人负担,具有重要 的技术进步意义和经济价值。在这次设计中,首先我们使用UG软件的三维造型功 能,对零件进行三维造型。对零件进行工艺性分析,绘制零件的二维和三维图, 以加深对零件的理解。了解冲裁件、拉深件和成形件结构的工艺性。设定零件的 工艺方案,比较工艺方案并确定工艺方案。计算毛坯的尺寸,计算拉深次数,设 定各步半成品的尺寸并绘出工序简图。计算各个工序的工作压力,设计并绘出模 具简图,选取各个合适的零件。了解落料模、拉深模、整形模、切边模和冲孔模 的特点和需要
