2、A。本模具考虑到年产量、工厂的 设备及铸件的精度要求，选择一型两腔结构。 根据零件的结构和尺寸设计了完整的模具。设计内容主要包括：浇注系统设计、 成型零件设计、抽芯机构设计、推出机构设计以及模体结构设计。为了使动、定模能 够准确地动作, 导向定位机构利用导柱与导套的配合。 顶出机构是推杆推出的一次脱 出机构，浇注系统采用侧浇道。通过计算和查阅相关参数，确定了浇注系统和溢流系 统各部分的尺寸及压铸工艺参数，绘制了铸件毛坯图和工艺图。通过计算锁模力选定 压铸机型号。根据确定的压铸工艺方案和压铸机类型设计了压铸型，对成形部分尺寸 进行了详细的计算，通过查阅相关手册确定了压铸型主要零件的结构尺寸，并对
