1、焦化厂污水处理站工艺设计 1 焦化厂污水处理站工艺设计 摘要:本设计为 25000m3/d 焦化厂污水处理站设计。该厂污水的主要来源是焦化废水,焦化废水的 主要污染物质有:COD 、BOD、氰化物、氨氮、悬浮物、苯酚及苯系化合物等,焦化废水的特点 是成分多,组分复杂、浓度高、毒性大、难降解,所以本设计采用具有良好去除有机物、氨氮等的 氧化沟法。该污水处理站的处理工艺流程为:污水粗格栅进水泵房细格栅曝气沉砂池奥 贝尔氧化沟二沉池消毒池出水。焦化废水中各污染物经此工艺流程处理后均达到了污水综 合排放标准 (一级,GB8978-1996)标准。 关键词:焦化废水;氧化沟;工艺设计 Abstract:
