1、 1 摘要 本建筑为一酒店，属于二类高层建筑。地上部分十三层，地下部分一层，主 体建筑高度为 43.5 米。负一层为地下车库。 本说明书涉及该建筑的自动报警系统和消防泵房设计。 自动报警系统：本建筑为二级保护对象，选择火灾自动报警控制系统的模式 为集中报警控制系统。每一楼层划分为一个报警区域，一个独立套房或走道划分 为一个探测区域。每一楼层设置感烟探测器，感温探测器，区域报警控制器，手 动报警按钮，声光报警器等。火灾自动报警控制器设置在消防控制室（保安室） 。 消防泵房：泵房应设置两组泵：消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统各设一组， 每组泵一用一备， 其中备用消防水泵的工作能力不应小于其中最大一台消
