1、 毕业设计(论文)毕业设计(论文) 题 目 950 热带钢四辊轧机的设计 2012 年 6 月 18 日 摘 要 设计的为 950 带钢轧机设计。轧钢机主要用来轧制板材,采用四辊式工作机座。 轧钢机的主要设备是有一个主机列组成的。轧钢机的主机列石油原动机,传动装置和 执行机构三个基本部分组成的。采用的配置方式为电动机减速机齿轮机座 轧机。 本次设计的设计内容主要包括:轧制压力和轧制力矩的计算及电动机的选取,轧 辊的设计及校核,主减速器的设计,轴系部件的设计,齿轮机座的设计,其中包括对 减速器的润滑和密封等设计过程按照国家标准和机械设计标准来设计的。 设计 950 带钢轧机的目的是设计专用于轧制
