1、摘 要 I 摘摘 要要 所谓 MIS（管理信息系统-Management Information System）系统 ， 是一个由人、计算机及其他外围设备等组成的能进行信息的收集、传递、存 贮、 加工、 维护和使用的系统。 一个完整的 MIS 应包括： 辅助决策系统 （DSS） 、 工业控制系统（CCS）、办公自动化系统（OA）以及数据库、模型库、方法 库、知识库和与上级机关及外界交换信息的接口。而 MRP(Material Requirement Planning 物料需求计划)是被设计并用于制造业库存管理信息 处理的系统，它解决了如何实现制造业库存管理目标在正确的时间按正 确的数量得到所需
2、的物料这一难题。MRP 是当今众所周知的 ERP 的雏形，MRP 与 ERP 的库存管理思想又源于求解制造业基本方程。 中小企业在我国经济发展中占有重要地位，随着全球经济一体化的发展 及中国加入 WTO，中小企业将面临外资企业和国外产品与服务的严峻挑战， 因此，如果我国的中小企业不借助先进的管理思想转变经营观念、使用信息 化提高企业的管理水平和工作效率，将很难在今后的国际竞争中取胜。企业 管理在很多方面、很大程度上都必须借助信息化来完成。随着电脑知识日趋 普及，同时市场经济快速多变，竞争激烈，因此企业采用计算机对生产计划 进行管理已成为趋势及必然。 本文是采用 Visual Basic 作为开
