1、-I- 摘要 捷达轿车前悬架所使用的是麦弗逊式独立悬架。悬架是现代汽车上的重 要总成之一,它把车架(或车身)与车轴(或轮胎)弹性的连接起来。它的 主要作用是传递作用在车轮和车身之间的一切力和力矩,比如支撑力、制动 力和驱动力等,并且缓和由不平路面传给车身的冲击载荷、衰减由此引起的 震动、保证乘员的舒适性、减小货物和车辆本身的动载荷。麦弗逊式独立悬 架有着结构简单、紧凑、占用空间小等众多优点,在现代轻型汽车中得到了 广泛运用。 本文主要讲的是捷达轿车的前悬架的设计,对其前悬架进行设计计算。 并对悬架中关键零部件如:螺旋弹簧、横向稳定杆、减震器等的设计、选型 校核。 关键词关键词:捷达轿车;麦弗逊
