1、 I 多缸联动气动控制实验台(电控) 摘 要 本文针对提出研制开放和多功能性气动综合实验台的设想,对现有实验台缺陷作相 关分析和改进。以可编程序控制器( PLC) 为控制单元制作气动控制实验台,使学生学 会正确设计、安装、调试气动控制系统,而且还能使学生熟悉气动系统与电子技术以及 计算机系统的信号传递和控制功能。该实验台是一个典型的机、电、气动、计算机一体 化的实验装置。文章介绍了实验台的构成器件、搭建结构及其工作原理。同时, 还设计 了基于PLC 控制的气动逻辑控制系统, 通过控制4 个气缸的顺序动作来演示气动顺序 控制的实验。 关键词:可编程控制器(PLC) ;气动控制;气动实验台;PLC
