1、 摘要摘要 生产线平衡率在某种程度上决定着企业设备和人员的利用率,并限制 着生产线生产能力的提高。基于电子生产企业生产线的工艺平衡问题是一 般劳动密集型生产企业的普遍存在问题,分析工艺平衡是提高生产率的关 键问题,有助于采取相应的措施,以利于企业生产效率的提高。 本文通过对装配工艺及装配生产线平衡的研究,结合电视机生产的特 点,设计出该产品的装配线平衡方案。过程中主要使用测量的工时数据及 现场观察,通过程序分析、操作分析、动作分析、鱼骨图分析法找出影响 平衡率的问题,运用工业工程手法, “ECRS”、 “5W1H” “人机作业分析”、 “动作经济原则”等对原产线进行优化。最后,引入缺料预警系统
