1、I 摘摘 要要 基于某单位 23 号楼图纸，依据“建设工程工程量清单计价规范(GB50500-2008)” 及“河南省建设工程工程量清单综合单价” ，参考“郑州市 2012 年二月份信息价” ，在 进行手算训练，掌握工程量清单计价基本方法原理的基础上，运用广联达建设工程造价 软件，编制了该工程工程量清单和招标控制价。 通过造价指标的计算，发现该砌体结构工程总造价 922，997.90 元，建筑面积： 877.1542 ，主要材料用量如下：钢筋 23.6138t，木材 9.1588t，砂 254.5649m，石 162.019m，水泥 126.6903t，砖 121.654 千块。 关键词关键词
